Original Watercolor Paintings
I want you to love your painting as much as I loved creating it. If for any reason you are not satisfied, original paintings may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for a return:
- The painting must be in its original condition, unwrapped and undamaged
- The painting must be returned in its original packaging
- You must contact me before shipping the painting back
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. I recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method as I cannot be responsible for paintings lost or damaged in return transit.
Once the painting is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
To initiate a return please contact me at marian@watercolorsbymarian.com with your order number and reason for return.
Fine Art Prints
My fine art prints are printed on demand by a professional print studio specifically for your order. For this reason prints are not eligible for return or refund due to a change of mind or if you ordered the wrong size.
However if your print arrives damaged or defective I will make it right. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery at marian@watercolorsbymarian.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or defective print
- A photo of the packaging if the damage appears to have occurred during shipping
I will arrange a replacement print or full refund at no cost to you.
Shipping Damage
If any item arrives damaged please photograph both the item and the packaging immediately and contact me within 7 days of delivery. Damage claims made after 7 days cannot be guaranteed.
